How do I place an order?
1. Browse our ice cream catalog in the app
2. Add products to your cart with desired quantities
3. Submit your order
4. Wait for admin approval and delivery date confirmation
What is the minimum order?
Online orders have a $65 minimum. Wholesale accounts also have per-product box minimums, shown on each product in the app.
Where do you deliver?
Free local delivery in South Florida and New York City on orders over $65. Wholesale distribution covers the Northeast US (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine) and Florida. All deliveries are temperature-controlled so products arrive frozen.
How do I track my orders?
Use the “Order History” section in the app to view all your orders and their current status. You’ll see pending, accepted, delivered, and payment status for each order.
Payment Information
Orders are typically marked as paid upon delivery. Contact us for specific payment arrangements or if you need to set up alternative payment terms for your store.
